Build A Computer

Has anyone here ever built their own computer?

I've always wanted to try, but I fear I'll mess up. Any good advice for a little newbie?

I never build one either. I am more of a portable fan, if you get what I mean. ::

But the first thing you should always consider is the motherboard itself. Then you can see what is compatible with it and choose what you think is the best for you. It really depends on what you are building the PC for.
